I never loved sports and now I have been going to Pilates 108 for half a year and love it. The courses are always good for a laugh and sore muscles. You can relax and challenge yourself, everything in one hour. Monica Gomis is an excellent trainer and a great warm person.

Pilates 108 is a great studio, Monica is a wonderful teacher with a long experience, she comes from a dancing background so here classes really have a great flow. Personally I find Pilates one of the best things you can do for your body and general well being. The Studio is small and personal, with a maximum of 10 people attending each class. The only caveat is, no separate dressing room or lockers, if that’s an issue to you just come in your workout gear. You don’t need to have a membership here (but you can) - so pay as you go, perfect if you’re just getting started or can’t commit to regular visits. Highly Recommended

pilates 108 is definitaly the place to go, if you want an excellent experience. the owner and founder monica gomis really knows what she is doing. you can tell she was a international professional dancer and has tons of experience with all kinds of work-outs and techniques. you can book singular classes ( mindful, trampolin, barre workout or kickbox classes with a champion boxer...etc ) or even achieve a teacher's diploma!! who can top that? ten stars!!

Monica is a great trainer who offers great classes. If you really want to work up a sweat, you should try athletic and cardio on the reformer as well as the barre workout 🤩 I can only recommend it!

Moni and her team always respond personally to the needs and show modifications to the movements if you have limitations. Even in Corona times, an offer is created here in an uncomplicated and creative way, whether via live stream, calendar or video-on-demand. The two studios themselves are characterized by warmth and modernity, numerous different devices and a wide range throughout the week, ensure variety. Expectant and new mothers will find their own program for preparation and regeneration. For me an absolute enrichment in life.

Beautiful studio with a varied range of classes and great teachers. Very well equipped and recommended for beginners and advanced. No matter what class (Pilates, Barre or Reformer), you just always feel good afterwards!

I train a lot with clients myself, but my own training often falls short. That's why I regularly go to Mindful Pilates. I love training with Monica. It's challenging but not too demanding, it appeals to body and soul and it's just plain fun! After an hour I feel reborn and have power for the whole week!
