Orange Room

Really great studio with a diverse and wonderfully varied range of hours. Lovingly managed and very well-kept rooms. The exercises for body and soul are very professionally instructed. My body awareness and mobility have steadily improved since I've been practicing regularly.

- Value for money is bad - no flexibility with the subscription (remaining course units cannot be carried over to the next month) - so far only been satisfied with 2 out of 5 yoga teachers (the 3 were not very committed and their lessons did not fit the course description)

When I attended my first yoga class in the Orange Room (formerly Woyo) about 6 years ago, I was immediately enthusiastic about yoga and what was taught to me in the class. Finally a break from performance-oriented everyday life, finally mindful time for me and my body. And all this in a place that immediately welcomes you: warm colors, soft pillows, soothing tea, a calming scent, a light-flooded, atmospheric exercise room. In the lessons for different levels, the teachers deepen the yoga practice step by step and always make sure to pick up as many participants as possible. There are no "0815" hours, but the hours always have a focus for which you are well prepared. If you want to get even more invigorated, you can also attend one of the great Pilates classes. On the weekends there are usually specials and workshops on various topics such as meditation, detox & cleansing, aerial yoga and various asanas and yoga styles - the comprehensive range offers something for everyone. During the first corona lockdown, I found it impressive how quickly the studio reacted. Subscriptions were quickly digitized and since then it has been possible to access a large range of online hours. So you stay in contact with the super nice team at least a little bit - it's great how you're doing it all dear Orange Roomd team, but I'm still looking forward to seeing you again soon in person!! :)

Beautiful atmosphere, large yoga room and great yoga teachers. Here you can learn a lot for yourself and find and develop your yoga. The studio offers a wide range of yoga classes and individual seminars with focus topics. I've been practicing in the studio for many years and increasingly online since last year. The yoga classes support me in my everyday life and are an integral part of my daily life. Many thanks to Annette Lengersdorf and the whole team! How nice that you exist!

Unfortunately I haven't been able to visit the studio in person due to the lockdown, but the online offer is very diverse and is technically implemented flawlessly. A great way to practice yoga at home despite this difficult situation! There is always a focus of the week, which is then taken into account in the hours. Annette guides the practice in a way that is easy to follow and also gives variations for different levels of experience. I particularly liked the holistic aspect of her classes, you feel completely at ease afterwards! I'm looking forward to stopping by in person after the lockdown.

The online offer of the Orange Room is very diverse. Technically, everything was super easy and worked perfectly. The yoga class was well structured. The participants were well prepared for all exercises. All in all a highly recommended studio!

Since I don't live in Munich, I only know what's available online and I'm very satisfied with the Orange Room. Many online courses allow great flexibility because they can be accessed throughout the day. The courses are very varied and the instructions have always been great with many alternative offers, so that there are no difficulties in keeping up. Thank you for the relaxing hours, which accompany me refreshed and strengthened throughout the day or provide exercise and relaxation in the evening.

I've been at the Orange Room (formerly Woyo) for a little over a year and absolutely love it. The studio itself is a real oasis of well-being, spacious, fragrant and pleasantly designed. There are always fresh flowers at reception and you can get in the mood with a fantastic cup of tea before class. But what really fascinates me is how the trainers manage to bring this atmosphere and the level of the lessons into the videos even in these difficult lockdown times. It makes a difference whether I do a booked hour in the Orange Room or train with a YouTube video. Whether I book yoga or pilates or something else, I always get professional guidance and feel better than before afterwards. Thanks!!!!

By far the greatest studio in town - which not only applies to the live but now also to the online courses. The teachers are professional, motivating and everyone has their own spirit. In this way you can get through various lockdowns in a balanced way and stay in shape at the same time. Thank you and please keep it up!!

A highly professional yoga studio with highly qualified trainers. The very innovative studio offers a wide range of lessons (yoga, Pilates, workouts and aerial) with a very varied timetable on a very attractive website and, due to the pandemic, a successful conversion to online lessons, which can also be accessed live in recordings are. A monthly newsletter is always on specials bsp. focus on additional hours and motivate them to try out new things with an all-round successful concept.

Great studio with excellent and very varied hours! During this "Corona period" the studio has a very wide and interesting online offer suitable for all levels. I've been a member for over 10 years and I continue to love it! Highly Recommended .

I have been a member of the former WOYO for many years, which has had its new name since the beginning of 2021. The "legacy" of the founders will be carried on, but at the same time carefully developed. The entire team is incredibly committed and motivating, and I found it very impressive how quickly and professionally the challenges of the lockdown were met (digitization of membership, extensive range of hours both live and as video recordings, regular newsletters). This has a completely different quality than simply "copying" videos from the Internet. Now it's just about time that the yoga room with its great energy can be used again for practicing in the community...
