I can only underline the criticism with the lack of organization. The lady at reception didn't even get along with their own booking system, information was missing in advance: I did the journey for free. never again.

So the events are great but the organization is a CHAOS. Important information before the event does not arrive - everything is digitized but you never reach people, no one answers the phone and emails also go unanswered.. They may be higher up but we have to pay money, only the service is NOT right
