The "studio" is a converted bicycle storage room, which is run by a housewife who lives upstairs. A lot of money was invested in a homepage and beautiful sports photos. It definitely doesn't look like that. The exercises go more in the direction of gymnastics and have nothing to do with real Pilates. The owner and her employee are said to be trained, but anyone who has ever done real Pilates cannot believe that. It wasn't the least bit strenuous. In the courses I attended, there were mainly housewives who then talked to the trainer about their wrinkles on their necks for the entire Pilates lesson. In between, the participants bitch at each other. That's no joke. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable and an ugly atmosphere. This is not how Pilates should be. I did this to myself twice with a friend, after which we let the remaining stripes on our cards expire. It was just ridiculous. Luckily we bought the lessons through Groupon so it didn't hurt too much. It's really not worth the regular price.
