Pilates Rücken Faszien Rückbildung

Started with Rossi in 2019 in mommy+baby Rückbildungkurs. It was just great, she adjusted the intensity individually to each mommy and I really felt my body recover! Later I did classical Pilates in the evenings and it was great as well. Rossi is very energetic and motivated, she pushes each single person in the room to challenge themselves. Her Pilates style is really wholistic and for me was always better than any Pilates offered in a fitness studio (which tend to focus on pumping). I can only recommend Rossi's Rückbildung and Pilates.

She is perfect, great exercises for every level! Super competent, humorous, corrects everyone, motivates everyone with their style! Responds to everyone personally, everyone gets the exercises they need in the Pilates lesson!! It doesn't work without my Pilates teacher Rossi!! It straightens the body again and automatically heals the soul, no matter whether online or presence !! It never gets boring because she is always looking for new exercises !! It's best to try it yourself, you'll see, then you have the same opinion

Rossi is a very competent and motivated trainer, who fortunately also currently offers courses online. She corrects, encourages and challenges. I've been there for almost a year and have been so successful in fighting my back and shoulder pain: unreserved recommendation! ♡

Rossi fan? I am too. :) Pilates?! I always found that stupid, boring.. I discovered my enthusiasm for Pilates at Rossi and I like coming to Pilates. The hour always goes by quickly and at the end there is a little relaxation trip. It's worth doing, so don't hesitate to come :)
