I’ve been a client of Michaela’s studio for two and half years now. Especially now, I’m so glad that I have kept coming back :)
For a small-business-owner in the midst of a pandemic, I believe that Michaela adapted *very quickly* to the extenuating circumstances!
As soon as the strict stay-at-home guidelines were activated, she offered Zoom courses. Her team has taken time and effort to adapt to the purely digital format. The training routines have been modified, many of the exercises geared toward people who spend their days working from home, in a sitting position.
Don’t worry! you’re not just a faceless participant on Zoom > the instructors make the effort to look at each participant (who has their camera on) to comment on the execution of your exercises.
Truly, if you need a good reset from sitting at your laptop all day long >>> I guarantee, these courses will get your blood flowing and improve your mood. Why? because you’re stretching and flexing all those stiff muscles, but also because each of the instructors does a fantastic job! Not only are all the Pilates classes fun, but let’s not forget the *trampoline* workouts, if you want to work up a sweat and bounce to a fast beat.
Michaela is the epitome of professionalism. She always greets you with a smile. She and her instructors truly are the best marketing for the studio.
They’re all enthusiastic, patient, and attentive. They love to learn, love to explain which muscles you use for which exercises.
Thanks to their in-depth training (Michaela also trains Pilates instructors on weekends), they have an enormous repertoire of exercises up their sleeve, so you will never be bored in a session.
