Amrit is a great yoga teacher. She is a smart woman who, with her knowledge, excellent instructions and thoughts, gives space and strength for the development of the participants. The courses are very well structured. Your concept works, but always remains lively and spontaneous. For me, yoga with her is an incredible enrichment and I am very happy and grateful to have such a teacher here on site!!!

I started at Amrit 1.5 years ago and she is extremely competent, also due to her many years of experience. You will be guided through the individual exercises in great detail – especially as a beginner – and incorrect posture will be recognized and improved by Amrit. The number of groups is manageable and constant. This contributes to a good atmosphere and, above all, makes it possible to respond to the different needs and stages of development of the students. You are well prepared for more difficult exercises and develop a little further with each course. All in all, therefore, a really good and recommendable studio.

I did my first yoga class with Amrit. I have to say - she is by far the best teacher I have ever had. You get all the postures explained correctly and she improves/helps as soon as it is necessary. No class has challenged me as much as she did Her-umd none was so much fun. I felt completely comfortable. You quickly notice that she has a lot of experience and who she learned from. Unfortunately, I no longer live in Munich. ......... THANKS VERY MUCH !!

Five stars for Amrit! On the recommendation of a friend, I found Amrit after moving to Munich a year ago and I am completely enthusiastic. Amrit has such extensive knowledge and experience that she can always address the strengths and weaknesses of the individual participants in her courses and keeps a close eye on everyone. This is how everyone develops individually. You can tell that her concept works by the fact that most of them have been with her for years. And I'm staying too.

Amrit's yoga classes are characterized by their special sensitivity and professionalism. She responds very individually to the needs of the participants and guides them through the various exercises in detail. You notice very clearly that she is an expert in her field - you always feel that you are in good hands when she corrects a posture or incorporates variations tailored to your own abilities. The manageable group sizes also contribute to a personal, pleasant atmosphere. Clear recommendation!

If you really want to do yoga, you should go to Amrit Stein. Spontaneous and well-founded, experienced and open to new things, including the direct blessing of the great BKS Iyengar. No hour is like the other - in 15 years! For me there is no better yoga in Munich (and beyond).

Very unfriendly teacher, you can't ask anything, you only get stupid answers. Can't recommend at all! Luckily I found another, very good yoga studio with great teachers! (iYoga, Waltherstrasse). So I would advise going somewhere else.
