Attending her course was a truly wonderful experience. Her kindness, patience, and guidance were apparent throughout the entire yoga course, and I am grateful for her support. I feel that I have grown both physically and mentally during my time in her class. Despite my limited German language skills, her course helped me to release stress and anxiety in ways that I never thought possible. She truly brings light into people's lives and makes their days better.🌟

Beautiful and very professionally run yoga studio in Giesing. Owner and Anusara Yoga teacher Sabine Willmann attaches great importance to a wide range of offers and excellently trained teachers. The offer not only includes different yoga styles, but also interesting workshops, outdoor yoga in summer and lovingly designed specials such as a yoga advent calendar offer everything a student could wish for. Sabine is a great yoga teacher who welcomes each participant into her studio with great sensitivity, mindfulness and love. During my Anusara training, I was able to benefit greatly from Sabine's wealth of experience and knowledge and can only recommend her and the hours of her lovingly selected teachers.
