I've been there twice already. I really liked the first hour, so I went there a second time. That was a disaster though... the room, which is rather small anyway, was totally overcrowded, but more and more people were let in anyway. In the end, there wasn't even 30cm of free floor space because all the mats were lying next to each other... You couldn't move freely at all, not to mention the bad air that prevailed in the unventilated room after a short time.
In addition, in a lesson that was expressly described as a beginner's lesson, positions such as the "crow" were assumed, without further explanations or anything else. For people who are doing yoga for the first time, this can end badly, especially since the "trainer" (probably also because of the complete overcrowding) didn't respond to the individual at all and didn't improve anything or anything like that. It had very little to do with yoga.
A really disappointing experience unfortunately.
