Even my first impression was nice after a second visit I would not recommend this studio. The guy at the reception was very rude to me. He did not like my shoes because I was wearing them long time ago outside. Even I cleaned them after he did not like the fact that these shoes were outside. So in his opinion I was supposed to bring brand new absolutely white shoes to be able to come in. So I had to go back home. It was very frustrating. Additionally Bare Courses are very crowded, because the room is quite small. There is not enough place to move and the program of the courses is the same all the time, that is quite boring after a couple of times. There are nicer studious in Munich rather than this one.

Being an avid and a regular client of barre classes in London, I found Sunyard on Google while visiting Munich and decided to walk over to have a look at the place. I was greeted by a lady who stood by the door and said she could hand me a flyer with classes details but could not allow me in because she was alone. I kept looking at her wondering if something was wrong with my appeareance... 2 minutes into our conversation a gentleman walks in and cut our conversation rudely (without greeting or a friendly smile) saying the lady was not allowed to give advice on classes since she was just a receptionist. I smiled politely, handed him my hand and introduced myself only to be told "I dont shake hands". I was motionless by his cold atittude while he repeated again "I dont shake hands at all". After such a rude, unfriendly experience I cannot reccomend the place at all. People in the service business should be, indeed, prepared and willing to shake hands or to offer a friendly smile to a potential client. Bad, bad, bad.

Fantastic place. The studio itself was clean and bright. The Receptionist was super friendly and explained everything clearly, and the class I attended was high energy and intense! I Would definitely recommend and come back.

I love love love the studio. Roy and all the trainers put their heart and soul into it. No matter what course you take and how stressful the day was, you feel full of energy again after training. The studio is incredibly clean, the changing rooms are very large and everything is really neat and well equipped. As a member, the trainers do NOT care about you here. Misalignments are always corrected and v. a. Roy knows us all by name. Towels and indoor shoes (for cardio courses) are mandatory, although towels can also be hired for a very small fee. Mats and all other materials are provided free of charge. I can only recommend everyone to test SYPC

This gym is the best I have ever come across. I love the courses, the trainers are awesome and the Corona measures are being implemented in an exemplary manner. Anyone who is currently looking for a great studio and likes loving courses to work out should definitely come here for a trial session and see for themselves.

I've been a member of both studios for 3 years now. I love all classes, whether it's pilates, barre, or the cardio classes with Roy. In my opinion, there is no better studio in Germany. You feel comfortable and part of a small family. Roy is wholeheartedly involved and transmits his passion to the members. The physical change could not have been greater for me. Thank you for this great concept. Keep it up!!!!

Great studio - always very clean and insanely positive atmosphere. Roy makes every lesson an event and teaches with a lot of positive energy. It's just fun to train like this, even after a long day in the office. All the other trainers I had barre, yoga and various other classes with were super motivated and professional. The service is personal and very customer-oriented - email is enough and Roy tries to find a good solution. I've trained at various studios (mainly larger chains) before and none have come close to being as good as this one. The training plan is varied and there are always exciting specials to discover something new. Thank you for so much heart and passion!

So good! I like the energy, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the trainers, the demanding support. Instead of a mandatory program, I feel rewarded here. Thank you Roy for the concept and your passion!

After baby #2 I'm back in Roy's studio and really enjoy going. Even if some exercises are still difficult and you have to take a break, you will never be looked at obliquely, but will continue to be motivated. I always go home with a good feeling (and sore muscles :))! Keep it up!!!

Unique studio and the best trainer there is, such love for what you do is a rarity these days. Roy (owner+trainer) loves his job, it's so positive and motivating and it's just so much fun to sweat in this studio. You forget everything around you for the time of training and feel so good after the sport!

SYPC is a place with strict rules, for example: no street shoes in the studio - even if you have cleaned them beforehand. Do not work out without a towel - if you forgot it, you can borrow one from reception for 2 euros, which is not expensive. The studio is always sparkling clean and furnished and cared for with so much love - a shine surrounds the studio that makes it a matter of course never to put on sneakers here that you have already worn outside - no matter how long ago that was. Another rule: Don't drop by just like that outside of opening hours and without registering in advance. SYPC is not one of those studios where the receptionist hands you a questionnaire and sits you in the coffee corner, where a trainer who doesn't know your name tomorrow creates an "individual" program with you. SYPC is different from any gym and unique in Munich and maybe in the whole world. A trainer and owner who genuinely loves what he does, who helps you make a difference, who pushes you to your limits and makes you sweat and laugh at the same time. All of the trainers at SYPC have that certain spirit that you just can never duplicate. So get yourself sparkling shoes that match the studio, arrange a trial session by email and make up your own mind, because SYPC is indescribable anyway. It's a home away from home and so much more than that. Thank you for your energy <3

As a neighbor about 50m as the crow flies, I hear the military drill cries of the instructors from this studio every day. Loud, really mundane music (like in cheap clubs 15 years ago) yelled over by and one and two as if using a microphone because they turn the music up so loud... So who likes "military" drill in sports. We neighbors hate it and the studio doesn't care as long as the offices don't complain. When calling just to ask, do you call from an office nearby the complex? If not, hangs up. Dear studio, especially on Thursday and Sunday evening it's screaming! And who doesn't care about the "Hood"....speaks for itself, I think. Unsympathetic drill center!
