Tried two times till now Robert's dynamic flow and movement class and it was amazing. I was a bit sceptical at first, because I didn't know what to expect (is it yoga or not?) but I am very glad I gave it a go. I will definitely try to go every sunday to this sweaty class 😁.

Took part in a workshop which I really enjoyed because the teacher was great but 50 people in one room..... Like sardines on the mats. Either the foot of the person in front in the face or the arm of the neighbor in the kidney and then someone who breathes into your neck from a distance of 10 cm. sorry, you should also make sure that it depends on the number of people and not make sure that you take in as many registrations as possible in order to get the maximum profit.

My absolute favorite studio - beautiful yoga room, all teachers are super competent and incredibly sensitive. You feel like you are on a yoga cloud! Thank you for everything Namaste.

Great Studio! I always feel comfortable and very relaxed after the lessons. Great, empathetic teachers who respond to each student's needs. I'd love to come back. Namaste :)
