Thanks to Yasmin for the training as a children's yoga teacher for 7-10 year olds live on site, it was very profitable and lovingly designed! I've already given my own lessons! Clear recommendation! At the moment I'm still doing the online training for the very small kids, which is also very nicely structured.

You have to like doing pilates in such a small space. Instead of following the teacher's instructions, I had to put my mat against the wall to stretch my arms so as not to hit my neighbor. However, because of this, I could not do all the exercises. Also one came too late found no place and left. With the new urban sports club regulations, that's no longer possible because I have to pay 13 euros more. 🙄 The pilates style was also too yoga-like for me.. I can't recommend the studio, but everyone has to try it out for themselves. ☹️

I completed the 200 h yoga teacher training at urbanyogamunich and can only recommend it to everyone! I particularly liked the focus on correct execution, the combination of mobilization and above all stabilization and the critical questioning of some asanas. Since I am a physiotherapist, these points were particularly important to me and Felix was exactly the right place for me :) At the same time, Felix conveys a lot of lightness and guides the group through the training without stress and pressure.

I did the 200h yoga teacher training with Felix over the winter of 2022/2023 and can only warmly recommend it. I think the period of 4 months over the winter was really great. With an intensive 5-day start to really get into the subject. Then more blocks of weekends in Munich, which were also great for me to combine with my work. You could make up for the hours by recording if you weren't there. Finally, the final retreat where the exam took place was really magical. I wouldn't have thought that possible. With the way Felix teaches and his aura I am no longer surprised. He is also very keen that everyone develops their own style. He absolutely managed to do this and also fascinated me, although we all basically did a Svastha Yoga teacher training. Due to the yoga therapy background and the Svastha yoga style, he attaches great importance to creating awareness of the body. Personally, I would describe it as very healthy yoga in order to live as painlessly as possible. I would recommend this training to anyone who enjoys doing yoga and intends to teach or just wants to adapt their own practice to their body.

Despite my studies and part-time job, the lesson times were easy to reconcile with my everyday life, because you could also take part online and the lessons were recorded so that you could make up for them if necessary. During the training you were not pushed in any direction, but supported in creating your own yoga style and in dealing with yourself. This helped me tremendously to intensify my yoga practice and both my practice and my life have changed very positively since then!

Last month I was on a yoga retreat in the Allgäu that was organized by Felix and accompanied as a yoga teacher. It was really really nice! I took a lot with me for myself and my practice. Especially since all participants were offered the opportunity of a yoga therapy session, in which my personal practice was dealt with very sensitively and professionally. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend everyone to come to Felix's studio!
