Beautiful premises, great equipment, there is always fresh tea, the teachers are good and friendly. The only, but very big BUT: The courses are so overcrowded that you feel really uncomfortable. You have to secure your seat early, otherwise you will be squeezed in somewhere. This makes the room extremely stuffy, sometimes other participants then open the door and there is a draft.

Best yoga studio in Munich! I am very satisfied and have been a loyal customer for years. Personally, I especially love Annette's courses, but basically I can recommend all trainers. An exciting varied program, great workshops and even the opportunity for aerial!

You just feel good here! Nice atmosphere, great premises and employees who always have an open ear for you. I think everyone is in good hands in this studio; from beginner to advanced! I especially like mindfulness yoga. There is nothing better to unwind and recharge your batteries! Flying in an aerial cloth is also an incredible experience. In all the lessons I have attended so far, I have always felt very well supported and cared for by the teachers!

Unfriendly reception and mass processing (all courses are always too full), unfortunately also unacceptable business conduct, some employees want to make up for this with artificial and fake friendliness. Unfortunately, it remains very impersonal. The quality of the hours is good! If that doesn't matter to you, you should see for yourself and take a trial lesson.

My studio of choice for many years. Without exception, Sonja is a fantastic teacher with a sense of humor, but also seriousness and knowledge. She always finds the right feeling and the right words at the right time for the practitioners. I've learned an incredible amount over the years, which I'm only realizing now that I know other studios and teachers. My heartfelt thanks go to Sonja.

Beautiful studio with a feel-good atmosphere and lovely employees! I recently tried Energy Yoga and felt very welcome and competently looked after from the start. The variety of courses on offer is also great.

I've been practicing at WOYO Yoga for about a year, not quite regularly. A very nice and well-kept studio, incredibly nice employees and great, experienced trainers. I had tried a few studios in Munich before, but nowhere do I feel as comfortable as here!

I was here Tuesday night at 8:15pm for a trial lesson. At reception I was asked twice if I had really never been there. At the same time, it was emphasized that they did not want to "impute anything" to me. Unfortunately, that's exactly what happened to me during the inquisitorial questioning and I immediately felt uncomfortable. With a fee of 10 euros for the trial lesson, I cannot understand this approach, unless you want to drive the customers away. The lesson was held entirely with eyes closed, the teacher talking quite a bit but not moving around to correct or guide the participants, always staying on his pedestal. All in all unfortunately nothing for me, I will look for another studio.

I like the studio, everyone is very friendly and I'm a fan of Sonja. She corrects, walks around and is happy to help with questions. With her sense of humor, she relaxes and enhances the hour. There is tea and water for everyone. A small deduction sometimes / not always it is already quite full. But don't keep me from coming back 🙈
