Very fine, small, family studio. I have attended both the pregnancy courses, postnatal courses, yoga workshops, the regular yoga courses per 10 card, as well as the online lessons and can warmly recommend this studio. There is even a small kitchenette, a large bathroom and comfortable seating for a chat after class. The hemma is in a courtyard and it's a quiet area. The teachers and the equipment are absolutely TOP!!!!

My wife and I attended the two-day weekend course on childbirth preparation for women and men. The course was led by Bettina and Matthias. An absolutely ingenious concept in which the man is not just a spectator, but is prepared for the birth just as much as the woman. I am very happy that I attended exactly this course and feel completely prepared.

A year ago we moved to Munich - and so I immediately started looking for a yoga studio. ... and found the Hemma! Honestly, it's like coming home. The studio is absolutely beautiful and the classes are just top notch. A relatively large number of yoga courses are offered, some with different styles. So there is exactly the right thing for everyone. Yoga at Hemma is my favorite time, I treat myself to it and only belongs to me - THANK YOU <3

My 4 year old daughter and I are currently participating in the “Children's Dance” at Studio hemma. The studio is easy to reach, is clean and tastefully furnished, the atmosphere is very pleasant. The course leader Yella is SO good with the children, makes varied dance and movement games to music. Everything is “educationally valuable” and is great fun for the children (and parents). All in all very recommendable!!
