Beautiful studio and beautiful yoga at Mangala! 🙏🏻 ❤️ I've been doing yoga for a very long time, but I've been with Mangala for over 10 years and I highly recommend trying it out. In between I tried other studios, but I feel most comfortable at Mangala 🤗 see for yourself! And thank you dear Mangala for the many great yoga classes! How nice that we can be back in the studio and you also offer lessons online.

Shanti Om is a beautiful, welcoming and homely yoga studio with great classes and teachers - simply the best in Munich! Especially Mangala's decades of experience, her open mind, her glowing heart and her soothing voice keep me coming home to this perfect place to dive within. Here's to many many (more) years full of inspiring and lived yoga wisdom!

For me the perfect place to relax, let go and come to myself. At Mangala, yoga is simply meditation. If you want to do something good for yourself, you should definitely try the Shanti Om. It also helped me a lot with my back problems. I am symptom-free when I practice regularly.

Mangala is a very experienced yoga teacher and an amazing person, and while I no longer live in Munich, I've been attending her classes whenever I'm in town for the past 18 years. Mangala Nakazono is a very experienced yoga teacher who guides you through the yoga positions in a loving and relaxed manner.
