Yogashala Iyengar Yoga

Some serious Yoga is done here without making it unnecessarily exotic. Even as an indian one can see how well studied the teacher is. There are many intricacies and fineness which are taken care of which one can experience. It requires deep understanding and experience on the teachers part. Apart from that The place is very well organised, physically and functionally. They are perfect. May it be the cleanliness of the toilets, the mats, the cushions or the bare flooring, it is simply spick and span. Only problem is, sometime there may be a few extra pupil; maybe because they are famous in the area. Do pay it a visit. I do that everytime I am in Münich. All the best.

Very nice new rooms at the horse market, very central, but still quiet. Yoga lessons are great, sometimes demanding, but never overdone. Highly Recommended.

Great yoga studio! You always feel that you are in good hands with Monika and I also liked the other teachers I had lessons with. Each individual student is addressed, postures are precisely executed and corrected. This is where I found my personal approach to yoga :)

I've been going to Monika's yoga classes regularly since 2011. She teaches imaginatively, variedly, with wit and at the same time with seriousness and a lot of interest in the development of the individual students. I can only recommend Iyengar yoga to work on bad posture etc. that have been ingrained for a long time and to develop a completely new body and mind awareness. In the yoga shala, classes are conveniently held in small groups.

Experienced yoga teacher who teaches with a lot of knowledge about the body (alternative practitioner). I was in the classes for beginners and Iyengar Yoga is great for that because you learn to align yourself properly so that you really benefit from it. Nice atmosphere in the studio and then tea. :-)
