A well maintained clinic at the centre of a residential area. Clean and tidy. The lady at the desk was polite and helpful. We went asking for a medicine, it wasn’t available and the lady informed us. She wasn’t sure about it’s availability so suggested we try other Ayurvedic pharmacies in the area. I have consulted Dr. Krishna Kumar for hair loss problem at BTM clinic and he prescribed me medicines for which he said can go to HSR branch which close to where i live. So last week when i went with my prescription the lady at the reception she checked and said that medicine isn't available come next week and give a call before coming. So i did the same and she said the medicines are available, when i dropped by she is like one among the meds( tablet) is not available. And i asked her last week you said the same and i gave you a call and you said it's available. So then she got up from her place and went into the store room, and came back with the tablets. She was rude and doesn't know how to handle patients at all. She was rather busy with her personal affairs on phone than with mine. And, after payment she is like i have goven you back the card and I'm like give me the bill, then she printed it out and gave ot to me. Disappointing service. Edit: saying it's not available right upfront and giving me back my perception and when i insisted and stayed there asking for it and later getting it isn't called confusion. That was like clear avoiding scene

I went for skin treatment but they scammed me for another 12 days of treatment n told u will reduce weight n skin will become good and took 9000 amount I cannot c any good changes instead am having tummy bloating than before. I have not reduced even 1kg by their treatment .They fooled me I think. Simply I wasted money. It's dead waste no use of giving some other treatment when u went to consult for basic. I suggest don't go to this place simply they will scam n waste your money. I can give negative rating if possible

I stayed at Keva for 15 days and in that time span I did some Panchakarma treatments for weight loss with their diet plan and yoga. I lost 8kgs in 15 days and good inch loss. I have been here for skin itching Problem and consulted Dr.Krishna Kumar. Firstly, they gave me medicines which is available only there and it's a custom brand called Vajraayu. These medicines are damn costly and I burnt my money. Secondly, they gave me medicines (1external oil RS.480 + one syrup to drink which is 600) to purify my blood and asked to come back after 15 days. I have used these medicines and there is no relief. Now, I'm afraid to go back and consult them again because of their medicines cost.
