Four months back I joined their ladies batch... I paid registration and went there almost two months.. having the eagerness to learn iyengar yoga. I joined there with lots of expectations. As a beginner, am disappointed with their class.. Not explaining Asana names, benefits and how to use props.. I used to watch how the others are doing ,what props are using etc. But prop may vary according to individual's body language. Arun sir used to correct the postures... Many students were there to attend the session... While he reach at my place ,the time allowed for that particular Asana may over.. couldn't enjoy the postures properly. For beginners , they should give individual attention for at least one month... And explain the benefits of doing that asanas. So I stopped going there. Most of the time communication also in Kannada... Like Bangalore,it's a multilingual city.. So English will be comfortable for everyone
