Money oriented !! Pathetic customer handling skills.. Don't care about customers Safety at all.
I feel really stuck dealing with this organization after taking the membership.
I am a member at Fitness Zone (hebbagodi) since November 2012 and regular to Gym and I lost 34 kgs and transformed myself in this Gym. I don't have any complaints the way it was or has been. Gym do requires maintenance due wear and tear of equipment which your don't care about at all until the equipment is completely malfunction.
Below is the list of unattended issues compromising customers safety..
1. Cable machines & Lat pull down machines - bar holding straps are worn off and one set already torn on me while performing the exercise fortunately missed the injury so close and I was safe or else it would have hit on my face. Still they didnt replace these instead they started using the straps from cable machine. Even tis set is worn off now and I have raised this issue and following for almost year and half with emails to your customer service and dealing with Biju stephen for last 3 months. Still they are not replaced. I am tired of following up so I gave up.
2. This is one is insane - Weighing scale is not available at this facility for last 2 weeks now.
So there is a new person here at hebbagodi where all the gym staff say that he is the owner and I dont know his name he drives a quanto I approached him and asked him nicely when will you guys get a scale ? This is a gym that's the only tool which will help track our progress . He got pissed off and started lying that he have been replacing scales every 2 weeks one. which is a total lie since nov 2012 the last one lasted for more than 30 months. He said this will be the way it is and I will replace the scale whenever i feel like may be next month. If you cant deal with these facilities please stop coming .. Wow . I know i cant because there is no other Gym in this locality and thats why he is so confident and telling me get lost.. This is how Punarjani deals with customers.. Please be aware.
3. There is one elliptical machine broke down since 2 months and they have pasted a bill on it stating "this will be repaired in 10 days.. how funny I have been seeing it since 2 months that 10 days never gets over.. Smart bill to paste, 10 days from every time you see it..
1 & 2 issue don't cost more than Rs 1500 to take care.. But still they are reluctant and careless.
Hope some other gym opens close by soon and people here are sick with this Gym.
