I would like to share my own experience as well as the one for my 5 year old kid. It's been few years that I joined Agham yoga session (direct classes as well as online). I would like to call out few things.. first is the instructor , our beloved mam. She is keen in making individual understand pranayama sessions as well as asanas. Specially when it's the kids session where my kid has joined 3 months back, I see lot of positives in him personally.
I read few reviews where it's stated instructor is rude to kids not on video etc.. from my personal experience I see even when she is not on video, she is making the kids do the poses step wise by giving the right instructions, rather than showing the pose over pic.
It is not about kids knowing the poses , it's all about how to do it and what are the benefits . She is teaching it excellently well and the right way. π
I am posting it under my mom's name as she was also a part of her session πand am happy to be free completely from wheezing where I don't spend a day without my inhaler. Now I don't know where my inhaler is . Amazing right. With that I have reduced 11 kgs in 4 months with regular practice and diet . Thanks to u mamπ
Also a teacher being tough on kid is not because she don't like them, it's always for the good of the kids. That's where I see my son learning it rather than copying others.. overall I feel glad to be a part of the session and all thanks to mam. Looking forward to get back to direct classes as I really miss the ambience and the beautiful garden..
