Dr.Lakshmi ma'am took my pregnancy classes personally. Due to my first delivery, I was suffering from severe back pain and during my second pregnancy, the back pain started getting worse. But as I started the yoga classes, I started experiencing great relief and was going for my work without any pain till my 9th month. Her lessons helped keep me in shape and energised during my whole pregnancy.After a few days of delivery, a trainer came home for classes. This truly helped me get back in shape, without any pain, and my recovery post delivery was so quick when compared to my first one. I owe a big thanks to Lakshmi mam and her wonderful team for helping me through a safe, happy, enjoyable motherhood journey.
