I am an Army veteran settled at Panchkula (Haryana). I (very fortunately) chanced upon discovering the Patanjalee Institute of Yoga, being run by Dr Ramakrishna during lockdown time in 2020. Initial motive was just to remain active, the way it had been during my nearly four decades in Army. I have however got hooked to it for my life. The yoga classes are conducted in a most scientific and interesting manner, exercising each part of the body and mind systematically. One can never get bored because there is so much variety. Due to Dr Ramakrishna’s deep insights and his own ability to perform yoga so well, he regularly innovates, creates newer and interesting sessions that one’s interest remains alive. In the last over a year and a half, I haven’t missed a session except for some very compelling commitment. I feel energetic and active throughout the day, with no usual aches and pains or lethargy one could have had , progressing in age. An excellent program under a wonderful teaches. I am benefiting immensely. Would be useful for any one and every one at whatever age.
