Mr. Babu is an awesome yoga instructor 👍 He is extremely proficient in yoga and teaches his students step by step keeping his students individual needs in mind. His instructions are very clear. He encourages his students to do their best , always keeping their safety in mind . Along with each aasana / pose he shares his knowledge about the benefits of each aasana . For beginner like me , who hadn’t done any kind of exercise 😊.. he has constantly encouraged me to better myself. Under highly accomplished Yoga Instructor Mr Babu Vengatesh guidance, The small tenure comforting energy, holistic approach and knowledge about the history of yoga, and the human body is extensive, and enlightening made my lazy to active. Poses trained by Instructor made getting more flexible even im in middle age. Due to Pandemic im virtually connected and learning more sessions .
