I have been in this Pilates class for abt 2 years now. Was highly recommended by my doctor and with good reason. I joined here with a view to improving my general fitness but mainly to control a chronic knee pain that made it impossible to even get up from a chair. It worked amazingly well but that was not the only benefit. It has improved my general immunity and I love the classes bcos of the friendly crowd and the truly, truly passionate trainer, who, I suspect, acres more abt my health than I do:). Thank you, Shiva, for making a chronic lazy bug stick to fitness.
