It's our first baby, so obviously like most of us we also had lots of doubts, concerns, worrying, etc.. To mark an end to it, this wonderful aunty helped us. Even my mother may not be aware of few things about prenatal pregnancy period but you are a Gem to us. You are always available to clear all our doubts that we may have.
This course has been one of the best things I have done during my pregnancy. Its also made me feel much more confident about staying calm, using breathing techniques and positions during the stage of labour. Got to learn the importance of good thoughts, exercise, food diet, lactation which are very helpful to me and baby. It is a great opportunity to take the time to reflect on myself, pregnancy and my baby. It helped me to stretch out some of these aches and pains experienced during pregnancy, as well as relax and focus on my baby. Moreover labour suggestions helped me to overcome delivery fear.
Thilagamani Aunt's wealth of knowledge and experience in prenatal yoga means each move is always adaptable no matter where you are in your pregnancy. It is our pleasure to meet her on time (during pregnancy) and everything rest is well known story to all. I completely believed her and started working out as per her instructions to have a Normal Delivery. Yes it happen !! and off course it's a Hero - Baby Boy.
