I have been a student yogi of The Indian School of Breathing since the last 5 years. This Yoga school is being run in the truly traditional way of yoga based on - "Atha Yoganushasanam", "Yogas Chitta Vritti Nirodaha" and "Sukham Sthiram Aasanam".
The school has kept me focused in the three areas of Mind, Body and Breath thru Aasanas, Pranayama, Kriyas and meditation. The gurus in this school are brilliant in their knowledge of the yogic science, physiology and mind and help us thru our challenges by training us in asanas, pranayama, kriyas and meditation.
