This Yoga school is being run in the truly traditional way of yoga based on - "Atha Yoganushasanam", "Yogas Chitta Vritti Nirodaha" and "Sukham Sthiram Aasanam". The school has kept me focused in the three areas of Mind, Body and Breath thru Aasanas, Pranayama, Kriyas and meditation. The gurus in this school are brilliant in their knowledge of the yogic science, physiology and mind and help us thru our challenges by training us in asanas, pranayama, kriyas and meditation.

Have not found a place like this before. You feel relieved physically and mentally too. Every morning look forward to my class. You can expect everything good for yourself under ISB roof. And you will walk back with good health and a calm mind... I love this place....

This is the first time I am learning Reiki.It was an amazing experience learning at ISB.The method of teaching was fabulous.Particularly,the aura and chakra cleansing was excellent.Iniya taught us according to the level of students.It was a bliss learning Reiki from you,my guruji Iniya.

ISB is a wonderful place to learn Yoga. The Instructor here are well qualified and Friendly. They understand your physiology before starting the Classes. The Asanas and Pranayam instruction is effective. The monthly Purnima Meditation session gives you ultimate. Guys keep up the good work!

The first time I walked into the Indian School of Breathing studio I felt so at home. The teachers are amazing; they all make you feel like you are the most important student in the class. They encourage you to try new poses and want you to reach the next level. Every time I finish a class I feel taller and stronger and I thank my body for what it can do.
