I had joined Yoga classes primarily to straighten my posture, as I had developed a slouch. With step by step guidance, I have not only got a special way to tackle my hunch but have been able to practice various other exercises, specifically focusing on different areas of the body. The gradual manner in which I was guided to perform each asana has slowly but surely improved my flexibility and each part of my body is well exercised each week. Sir ensures that we only develop at our own pace, making the process enjoyable. Having various types like flow yoga, restorative yoga, exercises specific to hip, back etc ensures complete and wholesome exercises. He also explains the purpose of each exercise which ensures that students are well aware of the focus required for each asana, ensuring effectiveness. Joining this Yoga class has been one of the most beneficial decisions I have made.
