Mukesh Banka brought me back into the realisation of how important yoga is for continued health and fitness - especially for those of us who spend years, days and hours at a desk. He transformed the way I see fitness as i grow older, and have SO missed his constant support and reminders since we left Delhi! His approach, of encouraging progress in small steps, of a deep understanding of what you need to do change the way you sit, stand, exercise, is fundamental to those of us who claim we don't have time (which we often don't) or are too tired to make the effort! After three years of yoga with Mukesh, I approach exercising very differently. He has a huge amount to offer, and what he has to offer is so important, but often we don't realise it, whether we are not fit, or super fit! I would very highly recommend Mukesh Banka.
