Ashiyana Tropical Retreat Centre

Thanks for another great visit to this place. Has that magic that yoga places are expected too. My feedback is similar from previous years, in the round Shala build cabinets like other Shala’s to move the bolsters up that way dogs can’t lay on them, feels unhygienic and believe they are flea infested. Bring 2 times shaking on the weekly schedule, every 3-4 days there can be more energy releasing going on. Speeds up the process to relax and open. With Yoga teachers monitor the quality level in the classes especially with newer teachers. For morning classes encourage a more dynamic flow. Mattresses ... to up the game invest in the mattresses to make them more comfortable (not only the topper). You can charge more with upgraded beds as that’s the main comfort.

A very nice and quite place where the connection with yourself and nature is very deep. Brilliant yoga teachers. The food is tasty. Room are beautiful and clean. Everything is great. It's a shame there is no french lesson or translation lesson ! I recommend this centre. Thanks a lot and see you soon 😉

Beautiful haven to retreat and unwind in Goa. Lush green environment. Super clean. Extra friendly staff. Experienced yoga teachers and a great ayurvedic spa. What else do you need to get away from the speed of life

You recognize the feeling of Ashiyana the best once you leave it. It brings the smile to your face every time you think of it back�, peace to your soul �, pain to all the muscles you have ever used during yoga��, and unstoppable feeling of missing in your heart�.. ..well indeed simply said: if feels like home.. energy in Ashiyana is irreplaceable and addictive. So watch out! �

Ashiyana is like a paradise on the earth, such a lovely, peaceful and relaxed place. I had an great experience attending Yoga TTC, great teacher, amazing food and staff. I will come again for sure 🙏💗

I love this place! Knowing little about yoga (or Goa...or India, for that matter) my preconceptions quickly eroded and were replaced with one of the best experiences of my life. Beautiful, tranquil and a full of joy, this place opened my eyes to how life can and should be. A slice of Eden.

Impressive yoga retreat with good teachers , healthy food , sunshine during our winter, beautifull nature, organisation runs like a clock ,attrackts lots of nice people to reflect some thoughts. Place to go back from time to time.

An amazing experience, I wish I did it a long time ago. Food was amazing, all the staff were friendly and accommodating. The standard of Yoga by Diana was perfect, well structured and thought out. The beach was beautiful and clean, the sunset is a must to watch, I hope to visit again...

One of the most magical places I've ever been and never felt better leaving a vacation destination. We only stayed for 3 days but would definitely recommend a week if not more. Would love to make this an annual event.

Ashiyana had come highly recommended by fellow teachers and students and still managed to exceed expectations. Me and my group had a wonderful time here - it's like a little oasis of serenity hidden away, yet right by the beach and within easy access to shops and restaurants when you want them. The yoga shalas are beautiful and well equipped - and the food amazing!! Thank you to everyone at Ashiyana for looking after us so very well 🙂
