Definitely one of the best Yoga school in Goa to learn and Deepening your own practice . getting an understanding about yourself and what Yoga means nowadays. be a light into yourself so you can shine it to the world is the motto of this heart centered school, where the practice is shared in a practical and modern way. ego and guru trip aside. highly recommended to people who wants to have a great experience in simple happiness.

My YTTC with Diya Yoga exceeded my expectations on every level, the knowledge, wisdom, humour and connection is like nothing I have experienced. The ability to meet everyone where they were at regardless of their level of experience was amazing. Highly recommend Meera and her team and the excellent facilities. I hit the ground running teaching within a week of being home!! "Such a beautiful experience i had during this TTC of march 2018. This school is very open and we don't enter in any dogmas. The teacher team is very diverse with different approaches and very good quality of teaching. Like anybody i had some of them that inspired me more than others and this completely ok. The content of the course was suiting me very well, once again very eclectic. It is intense but very doable if you have the motivation. Meera the founder has a beautiful energy and will do anything to make you feel confortable. I was sick for few days and she has been like a mother for me. The heart connection and the feeling of trust was immediate with her. I slept in a beach hut and i would not recommend it if you have a light sleep, this is India and the neighborhood can be loud sometimes, specially with dogs barking like it is the end of their life If you are on a budget it is a very good option and you can buy earplugs ! Food was Indian and healthy, i liked it very much and i think it is good to see with Meera before TTC if you need a special diet, this way you don't get surprises. Overall i am fully satisfied with this course, i am already giving classes in my hometown in France (1 month after) and i clearly built some confidence in my practice and in the sharing of my practice. Thank you Diya Yoga, Namaste."

The time at Diya Yoga was just awesome! Meera created a safe and unique space to learn, grow and connect with others that share the same path. The teacher training is very well organized with small groups and wonderful teachers that are all passionate and always caring for each of the students. It gives an insight in different yoga styles and philosophy of yoga. Beautiful meditations and yoga nidra are also part of it. The location is beautiful and the neighborhood really safe. I enjoyed every single moment of this one month and highly recommend this teacher training. �

They dont teach anything except ASANA and its neither hatha or ashtanga

I just finished a Yoga Nidra teacher training with Meera. I'm really happy about it. I learn a lot and feel now confident ‎to give yoga nidra sessions thanks to a lot of practicing time in the training.
