If there's one place I've been to and I have felt at peace and comfort with my body, mind and soul, it is the Dreamcatcher resort. Morning yoga sessions take you to a state of mind full of harmony and peace!

I really enjoyed the yoga, tried both evening and morning classes. And it was nice to try different kinds of yoga, vinyasa and hatha even if i prefer another. All teachers were very good. Some classes were quite advanced. All equipment were there.

I did the afternoon Hatha Yoga class. After a great day on the beach this class is excellent to end your day. Ultimate relaxation (especially the teachers voice!) and very doable for all levels. The teacher paid great attention to my boyfriend, who went to a yoga class for the first time. The location is also great, quiet and all equipment is available. When in Palolem, you should visit and experience the vibe!

The yoga at Dreamcatcher really is excellent. All teachers are experienced and knowledgable and create a fun experience. There are two classes per day - morning is dynamic and afternoon gentle so something for everyone. Will definitely recommend. Thank you!
