Totally recommend this place .Amazing view and food . Serene view for more calmness and peace .Arrangement were taken care off well .Even though i had some health issues but it was taken care off well and proper treatment was provided with all the precautions. Course was thoroughly taught including the deep understanding of Yoga and its miraculous benefits for the body I am extremely satisfied that I choose this place to learn yoga teacher training course and had a blissful time here Thank you OM YOGA ASHRAM Hope to visit soon

As a 53 year old complete beginner who is as stiff as a plank of wood, I was a little apprehensive about embarking on a yoga, meditation retreat but I am SO glad that I did. The professionalism, encouragement and knowledge of the teachers was remarkable and Mataji & Guruji were both so welcoming. All in all, I've had an unexpectedly Amazing week, wonderful teaching, fantastic excursions, great food, lots of laughs and most of all Beautiful people. This experience has been life changing and all for the good. I would highly recommend it.

Mataji and Guruji really made this place feel like a home. After completing their 200hr course I feel like part of the family forever! Both the Mataji and Guruji are amazing teachers, full of knowledge and experience and joy. It’s a wonderful quiet location very conducive to the practice of yoga. Here I could find a true spiritual experience, the inner peace I was looking for. Feeling on top of the mountains, listening the water flow, breathing the purest air, with really nice people around. To go deep inside and feel the cosmic energy that's everywhere we just need the right environment. Mataji and Guruji know how to teach the real east knowledge. They create the best place to absorve the experience, the classes are deep and clear, the food is awesome, the accomodation is cozy and clean, the location is really nice, close to a beautiful lake (Dal Lake) and in the middle of the nature. I'm sure that Om Ashram was the best option of Yoga Retreat I could find in North India. Thankfulness represents what i feel now!
