I have just finished the 5 day yoga retreat at Preksha and it has been wonderful. The ashram is so peaceful and the gardens are like an oasis of calm! The staff are so kind and go out of their way to make your stay great, and the food is delicious. Vimod has been a wonderful teacher on the posture alignment classes, he prepared me so well for the postures and I progressed more than I ever thought I could. Also their dog is just fabulous! It has made me ever more keen to come back and do teacher training, and I feel so lucky I have had this experience. Thank you so so much to all the staff.

Stayed here for 5 days. Loved the cosy wooden cottage. The yoga, philosophy and meditation classes were amazing and they were different every time! The teachers and staff are extremely friendly, helpful and peaceful. Genuine peaceful vibe at this resort! Would definitely recommend! Met some amazing fellow travellers here, each with their own story and on their own journey.

This ashram is so beautiful, very nice people are here, good teachers, very good cooking, nice accomodation, very good location. I spent here for 10 days for my retreat and I will appreciate everything what I am teaching here Namaste

My experience in Preksha Yoga Ashram was wonderful. I had amazing holiday in this most peaceful place surrounded by loving and helpful people. A wonderful peaceful place to stay in Goa. I did my 300h Yoga TTC at Preksha Yoga Ashram and I overstay for almost a month. The teachers are amazing, they share with all the students their knowledge with passion and patience. Each person from the staff is so nice and helpful with everything that you'll need.It is like finding a little family across India. I wish I can come to visit you again soon.
