Hatam Yoga

I had one of my best yoga experiences . It was a private session. I am a beginner and not familiar with all the names/poses , she went at a slower pace and kept a nice flow. I definitely felt a deep stretch and felt very relaxed during and after our session.

I am really grateful to find Hatam yoga studio. Best part is courses offered here are from isha foundation. Coming to my experience I had fantastic experience here in short span of time. My body has become more flexible and i have more control over my thoughts and emotions and feel more energetic throughout day. Training here has brought a great difference within myself both physically and mentally. Teachers here are wonderful ,trained, supportive and provide personalized guidance. Definitely recommend learning classical hatha yoga here for anyone who is looking for overall well being.

Hatam yoga studio was a game changer in my life! I had joined it two years back and still perform the practices that I learned there even though I am not in the same city anymore. This studio focuses on adapting yogic practices as a lifestyle so that it provides a holistic development of ones physical and mental health. The teachers here are highly proficient and extremely helpful and reachable whenever you have any questions/concerns. The studio has a very positive and calm vibe to it, unlike any other yoga studios that I have visited before. I highly recommend this and hope I can visit again soon :)

Hi, From a long time I was looking to learn yoga under guidance. I came across HatamYoga studio and attended their 21 days Hatha yoga program. I must say it has transformed the way I think , my body has become more flexible. Thank you Usha akka and Sharada for teach with patience and knowledge. I would recommend to attend this program as it is under well trained teachers and you will definitely notice the differences and feel energetic. Health is wealth.

My experience with the Hatha yoga is phenomenal, I was a serious patient of GERD for over a period of one year. After approaching Hatha Yoga Studio, Madam Usha and other well experienced trainer came up with individual and specific training schedule resolve GERD disorder. I was taught the correct procedure of Surya Kriya and Surya Shakti. I had a very good experience learning even in shorter time , After practicing over a short duration, I have stopped taking OMEPRAZOL, ISOPRAZOLE etc that I used to have 4 months ago. Hatam Yoga Studio is my beach in Hyderabad! This place gives me peace and good health. It helped me to cure backache and lower thyroid levels. I was here twice for monthly yoga sessions and practiced Surya Kriya, Surya Shakti and Yogasanas. The teachers are very well educated about the Hatha Yoga practices and disciplined. The studio is spaciously built and has good vibes. Here’s what you are waiting for - “Fees”. It is always good to spend very little to stay healthy rather than spending thousands/lakhs on medical bills. Forget about the fees (which is very nominal though), take out one hour from your day, visit Hatam Yoga Studio, practice Yoga and help others by educating them about the benefits of Yoga.

I was desperate to find a right yoga trainer since a year so. I came across hatam yoga studio since 1 month. Had some gastro issues,used medications but response was unsatisfactory. Hatam yoga trainer gave simple remidies by modifying the diet patterns. It worked very well.
