Excellent Yoga institute in Miyapur area. Our Yoga guru Gopalakrishna sir has lots of experience, yoga knowledge, patience and makes us very comfortable practising Yoga. Feeling very fit and lite after joining here. Have joined recently and Feeling bad about missing this awesome experience all these years. Getting up early in the morning is no more a pain and it is a great joy to attend the sessions. Thank you so much Sir. You are helping us a lot and also serving the society in building Healthy India.

God's creations are Nature, Green, Ayurveda and Yoga is the core theme of life. Believe in God's creation and adopt them, it will surely resolve many of our physical and mental problems. The extreme cases are not in our control, but if we follow the above rules, yes we can manage our life and other's very well. As many great fellows said "Health is Wealth", I do agree when we are fit and fine, we can take care of our family and other needy in this world. Asana and Pranayam are the skills of Yoga. Our guru Gopal sir ji having very handful experience and theoretical knowledge of Yoga. he knows how to teach from beginner to expert level. I am able to do Surya Namaskar, Natrajasan, chakrasan, Veerbhadrasan and many more in his guidance. I am lucky to find this yoga institute and yoga Guru Shri Gopal Krishna garu near to my place HMT Swarnapuri colony @ Miyapur. I would request people to take his guidance and learn as much from him to make your life beautiful, peaceful and lovely. We need a guru (teacher) to learn correctly. This is the best yoga institute and sir take so much pain in explaining every asana and pranayama. He himself shows us how to do. After joining here I see lot of changes in my health, betterment of my knee problems and my inner energy has come back.
