Approached MYRC for severe locking pain in the middle back.... Dr. Rambabu sir asked me to come for five sessions for treatment... Session by session my pain got reduced and at the end of fourth session, my pain got almost fully reduced, except 5 or 10 %... Now I am almost normal... Thank u Rambabu Sir and Trainer Aravind...

I am an online student for more than 3 months now. Rambabu sir's sessions are never routine or boring. He introduces new asanas, new techniques in every other session. After a session, one can feel relaxed as well as energetic. Their classes are all days a week except Sunday. The Saturday classes are 1 and a half hours where meditation and breathing are emphasized on. Best way to pursue yoga from the comfort of ur home👍

A genuine place where get solutions for your problems..... all you need to have is patience and willing to run the marathon... sometimes you get quick fixes too.... excellent staff who are very friendly and warm.... the chief instructor Sri Rambabu garu know his craft very well. I would recommend this place every oneExcellent place.

My three star rating is not about the instructor but for misleading pictures they have posted. When I went there, the person told that the pictures were of their kondapur branch. The ambience is not so great but maybe it's justified for the 1500 per month fee in that area.

One of the best yoga institute I have ever come accros. It offers profesional corces like dimpola, pg dipoloma,msc in yoga allong with certification as well as providw a indepth knowledge of the body system and it relvelance with yoga u practise.
