First of all, if you want to maintain/loss weight this is the best place you can go to. My mom's friend referred her this place i started going 1 month ago. I felt very heavy and very lazy,also my eating habits were very very very bad, In the beginning I suffered alot in doing the yoga and maintaining the diet but mam supported and suggested me the best diet plan and encouraged me during my workout time also ❤️. She teaches with a big smile on her face which never make yoga boring. She encouraged me in losing weight. Different problems have different yoga therapies. She even remembers in what condition the person is if he/ she is having knee pain back pain etc and asks them not to do that kind of exercise. If you are fit and want to maintain your weight you can surly come here...or if you wnt to lose weight no place is better than Nisha mam's yoga classes. The best , polite, soft spoken, jolly, attentive and most important friendly teacher i could get is her.
