Recently in May 2021, I successfully completed Yoga Instructor Course at Sandeepani Yogshala, Indore. Sandeep Sir taught us not just about how to stay healthy physically but mentally too. The course structure is very well formulated. It contains both practical knowledge of Yoga and theoretical too. The theoretical part includes the history of Yoga, our ancient Indian culture, Vedic knowledge. The practical part has cultural, meditative and relaxing asanas. Where practical knowledge helps you maintain your health physically, spiritually, emotionally, mentally, theoretical knowledge makes you grow intellectually. This is all possible because of Sandeep Sir. He taught everything really well. He is very calm and taught very patiently considering everyone's capability to do asanas. I got very good results in just 3 months. The knowledge I gain from him is unforgettable and useful for the lifetime. Thank you Sandeep Sir.
