During my month long yoga training, I experienced emphasis on techniques like breathing patterns and correct body postures. It was both exhausting and fun. Ideal for weight watchers and people with body stiffness. I really liked the personal attention given during the batch. I'll join again whenever I am back in town.

This place, and the person who runs it, Dipti Gami, is changing people's lives in more ways than they would have imagined. Personally, I wonder why it took me 57 years to find out what Yog is all about.
