During my month long yoga training, I experienced emphasis on techniques like breathing patterns and correct body postures. It was both exhausting and fun. Ideal for weight watchers and people with body stiffness. I really liked the personal attention given during the batch. I'll join again whenever I am back in town.

This place, and the person who runs it, Dipti Gami, is changing people's lives in more ways than they would have imagined. Personally, I wonder why it took me 57 years to find out what Yog is all about. It has brought (hopefully) lasting changes in my outlook, my thinking, my general demeanor, my health and my social values. The best place to learn Yoga with good atmosphere, ambience and fully equipped with unique equipments. Mam is very soft spoken, time disciplined. I really appreciate her dedication, sincerity and way of explaining Aiyangar Yoga, Pranayam, meditation and how to convert Pranik energy into our body organs. Her sessions are magical and value for money.
