I have felt the true essence of yoga and meditation at this place. The very first day I came in with doubt and anxiety, and left with a big smile on my face, calmness in my heart and mind. Everyday practice just fills you up with energy. The instructors are very thorough with the knowledge, great at understanding different needs of every person. Every session feels like a one to one communication towards more growth and even during a global pandemic like this, they invite you happily to join them. In just 10 days, I have felt - calmer - more flexible - lesser anxiety - full of energy throughout the day - better sleep etc. I am so grateful for my decision to be a member of aadiyog family :)

Aadiyoga is the perfect place to start your yoga journey and Aanya is the best yoga teacher to hold your hand during this slightly difficult but ultimately extremely rewarding path. She pushes you when you need to be pushed and lets you be when you're at your limit. The meditation at the end of the class leaves you refreshed , happier and more peaceful. My life has certainly changed for the better thanks to Aanya 😃

Have been there, very much impressed by the energy level and personal attention to every member. strenuous power yoga followed by deep meditation was amazing and very relaxing. I joined Aadiyog just a week before and it's amazing. I recently join Aadiyog Yoga classes, Indeed, I initially started and it's giving magical results. During menses I generally takes a tablet every day (means 3 Teblets atleast in a month)due to siver pain, But a month YOga practice not only helped me with pain but also cleared my other problems as well.
