Adishree Yoga

My experience in Adishree yoga is very inspiring whether it meditation or yoga because I feel very lazy and depressed when I was not joined the center but after joining it , it become a part of me it gives me positivity and help me to stay motivated. To be active in your life you have to exercise and think positive to achieve your goals and dreams.

Excellent experience getting trained by Mrs. Seems Aggarwal. The Yoga Sessions helped me a lot with my knee pain, acidity and migraines. I’ve seen a great improvement in my shoulder movements as well. Over all, it has been a greatly helpful and enriching experience for me.
