Bhaskar Yoga really helped me to make huge progress by deeper focusing on breathing techniques. Bhaskar Sir is very professional, kind and helpful. He is also motivating with great sense of humor! He has has classes for beginners, medium level and advanced practitioners. I Highly recommend this place!

Sir teaches very nicely. I had several health issues but because of sir's yoga teachings I got cured. The classes are fun and there is something new to learn everyday. Join for a healthy living everyday and calmer mind.
