Dayaram Yoga

He is a great yoga Trainor with lots of experience. He is calm and he knows what he is doing, what he is teaching and on which path he is guiding his trainees. He has a great knowledge of adhyatam and yogic practice as well as scientific benefits of the same. Under his guidance I have did yoga practice and I felt very good.

I'm practicing yoga with him since 2017. He has great knowledge of yoga subject, science and spirituality. I improved my physical and mental health under his guidance. I recommend his class to everyone.
