Dhyan Yoga Kendra

“Dhyan Yoga Kendra- Right way of doing Yoga®” is established on 5th November 2016 under section 13 of the Punjab Shops and Commercial Establishments Act 1958, in NCR (Sector 10, Gurgaon) and extended to Jaipur (Nirman Nagar, Mahesh Nagar) within one year 5th November 2017. Our vision is to make the lifestyle of all stress-free, healthy and happy by spreading the awareness of the process of ‘RIGHT WAY OF DOING YOGA’.
The Director of Dhyan Yoga Kendra is Ms. Shikha Sharma (B.ed, M.A).
Dhyan Yoga Kendra is regulated by Yoga Teacher Mr.Subhav Sharma, practicing yoga since 2003, P.G.D.Y.Ed., M.Sc- Yoga.
Subhav realized his potential when he got appreciated for best Yoga in the Rajasthan state Sthapna Diwas Festival in 2007.
By starting with only two yogi’s in 2017 in Jaipur within a year Dhyan Yoga Kendra has crossed the century of yogi’s of all age groups and the figure is showing ‘J’ curve, thus, making the life of all stress manageable.
Dhyan Yoga Kendra through research and experience made three simple rules which every yogi needs to follow by heart for a healthy, stress-free, happy life:
