As we know that yoga gives peace to our soul... To be brutally honest, I have wonderful experience in a Ekam yoga. To recapitulate my views regarding Ekam yoga ,I only want to say that joining Elam yoga was the turning point of my life. well I want to give the credit of this turning point to Mr dhakaram sapkota who is a Yoga guru . and if I talk about yogacharya dhakaram sapkota then I want to say that I have no plethora of words for him. He is the one who always guide me and always show me the right path. And I want to tell you all that with the help of Mr Dhaka Ram Sapkota I was able to learn about yoga and now I am capable what is yoga and its meaning. and with the blessings of him now I am working as a teacher in the Ekam yoga and the environment is very pleasant.... no doubt under the guidance of yoga Acharya all the Teachers of Ekam Yoga are very soft speaker and also very sympathetic.And specially Munendra sir, Vishal sir, Shubam sir😇

I came to "YOGAPEACE" to learn about Yoga with a picture of asanas in my mind. I use to relate yoga with asana and peace of my mind only. Here I realise that how yoga is an art of living as guruji says. AlThought I work on asana but besides that I I feel peace of my inner self and smile lot now. I am more confident about myself now and improving in in dealing with stress and daily life problems. I would like to share my yoga experience as a student. Initially I started Yoga as a hobby but later I cultivated it into my passion. I still remember when I came to YogaPeace with absolutely no knowledge about Yoga. The moment I met our Yoga Guru Dhakaram ji, he welcomed me with a warm smile. I joined as a student for the course of teacher training. It was a wonderful experience, I gained knowledge and many benefits in my health. I'am Truna Gahlot coming from Bikaner. I have completed my general yoga teacher training level1 and level 2 course from Ekam Yoga. I would like to share my experience. I came to know about Ekam Yoga through the internet feeling proud to be a part of Ekam Yoga. i really enjoyed my training at Ekam Yoga that is is not about only Ansans but more than they teach the basic and Pranayam, this helps in getting the right posture and benefit from the asans. I enjoy doing every posture of it and feeling the difference in my body every class of philosophy,antomy,meditation,pranayam laughter yoga changed my life a lot I'am excited and happy to attend all the classes.
