Live With Yoga (therapeutic Iyengar Yoga Center)

I've benefited a lot from my 10 days at Live With Yoga. Not only my lower back pain has come down, but I also feel my back has strengthened quite a bit. I now have a regular Yoga practice at home. The studio itself is very well equipped and the teachers are very knowledgeable and very helpful. I'm very glad to have found an authentic therapeutic Iyengar yoga place like this one.

I take up regular classes with Venuka madam (yoga instructor) through online mode. I was skeptical about learning yoga virtually but her dedicated teaching with attention to detail has made me remove that skepticism. Recently, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and this made me to take up classes here. My first interaction here was with Raj veer sir who patiently diagnosed my condition and customized Yoga asanas targeted at comforting my joints and overall health. I strongly recommend this place to someone who is looking for ailments from any physical conditions. You can be assured to get personal attention and customized remedies through Yoga. I am very grateful that I could get myself associated with Live with Yoga as it has helped me live a pain free, healthy and active lifestyle inspite of a condition like arthritis. I am so glad that my husband also joined for the regular classes with Venuka madam seeing the changes that it has brought in me. A heartfelt thanks to Venuka Madam and Raj veer Sir for dedicating themselves on a mission like this.

Live with Yoga made a immense change in me, I suffered with supreme headache, and chronic pain in the limbs, regarding this I decided to join the yoga center. The instructors are very humble and friendly, they directed me to the right way of doing the asanas and a lot more, just commited professionalism. I will highly recommend this class, any sort of issue the body or mind, this is the solution.

I have had chronic pain in my hip and leg from last couple of years and have tried a year worth of physical therapy sessions to overcome the pain with no sustained results. The doctors I visited here in United States are renowned in their speciality but they were clueless about my pain source. After my vain attempts with medical science, I thought to seek help from alternative therapies and treatment therefore I found Live with Yoga during my online search. It’s been only a month that I am doing Yoga with Venuka Sharma(under guidance of Rajveer ji) and I have already started feeling substantial difference in my pain level. Two nights ago, it was first time in several years that I have slept on my painful hip side. That’s quite an achievement for me, thanks to this yoga practice. The yoga format here follows a sequence of asanas using various props followed by Pranayama. During my online session, to bring the optimum results, Venuka keeps close eye on the minor details of each pose I am performing and suggest modifications in the poses whenever anything doesn’t feel right to her. I appreciate her attention to details and instructing rhythm. I look forward to continue the sessions and get pain free with time. Kudos to Live with Yoga faculty for what they do.

Yogacharya Rajveer sir is very polite humble and knowledgeable person . whatever problem you have , he explains very easy way. I was suffering from disc buldge since Last 2 year. Then i visit live with yoga and meet rajveer sir. They teach many yogasana ( sirsasana bhardwajasana chakrasana etc) and i feel better & cure my problem approx 80 to 90%. Coming here, I knew that any person can be done yoga so easily by some tools. All centre staff ( bhavani ji Rajkumar ji and mukesh ji) are very helpful. Again thankful to Rajveer Sir which change my life.

I have herniated disc. When I joined here usually after sitting I had a limp in my walk in few steps and there was pain almost every day. Within 15 days all that limp and pain went away. I was amazed at the fact that the limp didn't came back again even after leaving the class for 11 months or so. I have joined again not because I have limp or pain but, I want to completely heal my spine. Also, I would like to thanks the teachers here Rajveer Sir, Rajkumar Sir, Bhavani Sir and Mukesh Sir they are amazing and they will go extra mile to help you with everything; be it educating you for the knowledge you are seeking or helping you with other alignments in the body. They are open and they know exactly what they are doing. If you have any alignment I highly recommend this place. This is no ordinary yoga class. They have a completely different approach and methodology.

Rajveer Sir & the entire team including Bhawani Sir are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They have excellent knowledge and experience to treat specific problems and I was immensely benefited by their therapy yoga techniques to not just resolve my back & neck issues but also gain strength. Highly recommended for people who want to treat or recover from lifestyle challenges or specific injuries

I have been practicing at live with yoga Center last 6 yrs and I would like to share my experience to all yoga lovers and specially for those who are suffering from diseases.when I have joined here,I had some back problem because of stiffness then I mat with mr rajveer singh sir and he assure me that it will be cure soon.and after one month I felt that this is really amazing. Before joined live with yoga I did lots of yoga practice i wasn't comfortable while doing asanas and pranayama..but the day i have joined here i find all the solution of my problems. I was suffering from cervical spondylitis for last 3 years and I also tried various other treatments as well but couldn't get relief. Then I came accross this therapeutic Iyengar treatement which is managed by Yogacharya Rajveerji Singh in jaipur. After doing treatement for 15 days at Live with Yoga center I feel very relax and feel really good. I am really thankful to Live with Yoga and Yogacharya Rajveerji Singh. I highly recommend this treatement to everyone who is suffering from cervical spondylitis, back pain, slip disc or any other issues related to spine.

I did the 100h course therapeutic yoga with Rajveer Singh, I think it's was a very autenthic experience, not only for the acquired skills, but only for my personal journeys. Rajveer teach me not only yoga, but also discipline in the yoga and in my life, teach me the correct way to follow to feel good with myself and with the people I care about. Rajveer teach that yoga is for all and is for everythings. He teach the true meaning of yoga practice. Find time to practice yoga every day and all will be fine. Furthermore before I did course I had practiced therapeutic yoga for 1 years to resolve different serious health problem. I obtained great results and I avoid also a serious surgery in hospital so I decided to do the therapeutic course not only to teach but also to take care about myself.
