I joined Nutripulse in Feb '22 to gain back my strength and immunity. Dengue and covid both hit me simultaneously which made me extremely weak and increased levels of stress and anxiety. However, regular yoga exercises, excellent diet plan and health counseling helped me overcome all the physical struggles. Dr. Anjali Phatak Ma'am has been consistent throughout my journey and her efforts are highly commendable!!

I joined Nutripulse about three months back, primarily in order to build some strength and lose some inches. I've had an amazing experience being a member here and have been able to achieve what I had set out for, under the counseling of Dr. Anjali ma'am and the team. During my time here, I followed my diet plan and did my workout as religiously as I could, as a result of which I lost close to 12 kgs in about three months. Highly recommended.

Hello! I would like to thank Nutripulse for their Guidence.. I was suffering from stress anxiety for almost 3 years and now I feel much better.Nutripulse guide me for 3 months and this help me alot. Prenatal yoga classes provided by Nutripulse are a must for every pregnant lady. I have been taking online prenatal yoga classes from last 3 months and the online instructor, Mrs Neetu Jain, is just amazing. Not only you feel revitalized after one hour long yoga session, you also get expert advice for do's n don'ts in pregnancy as well as individual attention for all the exercises. The added bonus is the diet chart and BCA done at the studio. They also provide good salon services. I tried regular cleanup and it was great.

I joined nutripulse for weight loss, i was suffering from weight issues so I joined here,, I lost 3kg in a Month and also lost inches from chest, waist ,hips or tummy area. I'm satisfied from this result and still continuing here to get more better results thankyou Anjali ma'am and nutripulse
