I would prefer Mona Mam anytime for Yoga and health guidance. She does her job of taking yoga class with utmost attention, discipline and dedication. She is mindful towards each person's excercise needs based on individual's health concerns even in group class. She arranged another online class to accommodate my timings which is not morning time IST. Being in another country, without this arrangement I might had not got chance to do Yoga but mam made it possible. Hence, I am very glad I opted for this class, it has been very helpful to keep my body physically active and It also aids in finding mental stability by informative pranayama sessions.
Without any hesitation, I suggested this class to my family and friends. Thank you mam for your service.
