Before yoga became fashionable in these times, this place hosted yoga sessions since past 30 years in my living memory. They also conduct blood tests at subsidised rates. God bless these people. They are doing a fabulous job

My father joined yog sadhna ashram on Sunday 8/8/2021 and ashram's people took 12000 for 15 days and my father decided to return but ashram's people did not return our money. My father spend only 7 days there. They people are for only money .

Okay for regular yoga class but if you are thinking to do any type of course from here then beware, they don’t have good teachers and will only provide you Certificate which would be useless without knowledge. It’s better to do research before joining any kind of such institutes.

Wonderful. This is one of the oldest yoga and naturopathy center in Jaiour. It has two good halls for yoga inbthe morning from 6 am . 5 classes of yoga excecises for one hour session is run according to disease lije obesity general health etc. It ha naturopathy facility for male and female for massage. Steam bath .mud bath shirodhara It has testing lab .homeopathy . Ayurved . Juice centre . Food canteen ti provide good vegeterian food. It runs certificate. DIPLOMA courses also where many hundred male and female passed out during all these years.

Generally yoga is best exercise which anyone can do and it has very less negative effect on the body as compared to the aerobics and other hard exercise which normally people do in the parks and on the track running tracks yoga Can Heal up your different type of illness...
