My experience at yoga niketan has been mind blowing. Dedication and positive approach of ma’am are key features, which enables the quality to reach to us. Be it any problem or seemingly much difficult task, she is always supporting and motivates you to keep going. Definitely you would see the results Gradually, be it weight loss or mental peace or re-energising your body. Always recommended. A must go place!!

Yoga Niketan is the best place where we can learn how to implement Yog Vidya in our day to day life. Also for keeping yourself mentally/ physically fit and fine it's a right place. Nikita Mam is having a great sense of humour. Her teaching techniques of Yoga are great. She always keeps you motivated and treats you more as a family member. I am really very grateful to you mam.
